Better Not To Say How Much You Pay When Hiring Sales Managers?

Well, the results are still coming in, but it appears as though it is slightly better not to say exactly how much you are willing to pay when trying to hire a telemarketing sales manager.
In this recent test of getting people to inquire about our telemarketing sales manager position, I am noticing that the page that does not discuss actual dollar amounts for compensation is performing better than the page that just generally talks about it being a commission based sales position.
As you can see in the results below in the video, I am testing both the exact dollar amount as a variable and the color of the headline:
