Lender Wanted to Work With Investors - Some Test Results

September 16, 2008

So, here are some of the latest results for our Google Website Optimizer test to get lenders to inquire about working with our real estate investor clients.

We still do not have definitive results and in fact I stopped actively marketing this page, so any changes in traffic are purely from people clicking to it from a relatively obscure page on our website.

I will keep watching the test results to see which one ultimately proves to be the best, but for now, here are the latest test results:

Of course, if you want me to test something vastly different, let me know.

Until my next post,

James

Modified Handyman Wanted Test 3 - Removed AdSense Test

September 10, 2008

Well, apparently Google Website Optimizer will not allow me to insert Google AdSense code as a variation for testing, so… I remove that part of the Handyman Wanted Test 3.

I will still continue to run the test to see which headline performs best, but will do it only with the existing AdSense code on it and not testing the black themed version.

Until my next post,

James

Handyman Wanted Test 3 Launched!

September 9, 2008

With the close of Handyman Test #2 yesterday, this morning I set up the newest handyman test this morning and I already have concerns.

I was trying to test two different sections:

1. Headlines
2. AdSense Color

The headlines are working great and I am excited to see the results for that, BUT… we may need to cut the AdSense color test off if I do not get data soon as I think that there may be a problem with using AdSense code in the Google Website Optimizer as a variation.

Only time will tell, but you can see the video of the new test here:

Until my next post,

James
